An experienced meditator, he recently completed meditation teacher training so that he can share the benefits and pleasures of the practice with others. The sacred cacti workshop is from 2:30-4:30. Topics will include: Propagation, Cacti VS Succulents, Cultivation & Conservation, History of Sacred Cacti, and how to make your own potting mix for cacti & succulents. Includes a San Pedro Seedling, a succulent, and everything you’ll need to pot them up! The cost is $35/person.

Micah’s Backpack Blacksburg partners with 10 Blacksburg schools to provide direct food assistance for children from low-income families. Every Friday during the school year, the identified students receive a backpack filled with two breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners, snacks, juice and milk boxes, and an educational piece.
